The EcoLine® LF 170 is an economical and metrologically flexible solution for use in the field. Thanks to its integrated lightning protection, the fail rate by secondary lightning effects is minimized. Galvanically isolated inputs and outputs are just as much standard as a complete function monitoring of the monitor and the connected sensor.
The 2 optional switch contact can be configured by the user as "openers" or "closers". Furthermore, the user can allocate a certain function to each relay, e.g. as a limit value alert. After that, the respective function parameters are defined via a submenu. With the function as a limit value alert, the lower and upper limit values are entered consecutively, the hysteresis range is set up as well as the delay time.
The simple and clear menu structure supports the user during setup and during the operation of the meter. For this, the individual operating functions are structured into three hierarchy program levels. On the operation level, the modes measurement and calibration can be selected. On the parameterization level, the parameters of the previously defined functions are entered. The bottom level is used to configure the meter, alas, here you will define the basic functions.
Access to the two bottom levels is protected by a code. In order to prevent user errors, parts of the menu are guided by locigal menu sequences.
