Nova Analytics Corporation acquires Sensortechnik Meinsberg GmbH
Acquisition enhances Nova Analytics portfolio of Electrochemistry products and technologies
 Woburn, MA, June 23, 2006 -
Nova Analytics Corporation and the Kurt Schwabe foundation are pleased to announce that they have signed an agreement on the sale of Sensortechnik Meinsberg GmbH a high-quality manufacturer of electrochemical sensors and Analytical Instruments located in Meinsberg/Sachsen, Germany. The transaction will be effective on July 3rd.
Sensortechnik Meinsberg GmbH was founded in 1990 by the Kurt Schwabe foundation as sole shareholder in a modernizing restructuring of the “Kurt Schwabe” Research Institute in Meinsberg/Saxony.
Sensortechnik Meinsberg GmbH brings high-quality sensor and instrumentation technology for the potable water industry to the Nova portfolio.
