Woburn, MA, February 28, 2005 –
Nova Analytics Corporation is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to acquire SECOMAM; a high-quality manufacturer of spectrophotometers located in Alés, France. When the transaction is complete, SECOMAM will operate as part of the outstanding group of companies in the Nova Analytics family. SECOMAM brings high-quality spectrophotometric technology to the Nova portfolio. The transaction is expected to close in March, 2005.
